I have two amazing friends that I get together with at least once every year. This last weekend was our weekend get together. We typically just have a "girls" weekend but this is the first year that we are all married. So we decided to include our beaus. And we realized that the 6 of us have never all hung out except in the context of one of our weddings. So it was a nice chance to really get to know the guys and have them do some bonding. Because if they haven't figured it out yet, these girls are going to be together for the long haul...so they had better get used to eachother! Our weekend took place up in Ketchum at my parents cabin. What a beautiful setting and we had amazing weather to go along with it. The weekends activities included hiking around the beautiful hills (visiting the site where we spread our beloved Jakey's ashes last year), playing a rip-roaring game of UNO (congrats to Kale, the big winner), a cutthroat game of horse balls (fine guys...you win) and sitting around a campfire. We are already looking forward to our next trip...where it will be, we don't know yet? Love you girls!
